The book includes issues 1-3 plus there'll be a concept art gallery from Khari and Hoang, a deleted scene from issue 3, a map of Mitteleuropa and a short story "the Adventures of Giselle and Mathilde".
Hey guys! Awesome title you have going here. Finally found the blog so I'm excited that I can share my comments with you. First off, let me commend you on the fantastic job you're doing here. The art is fantastic and so far, I'm loving the story. It reminds me of the kind of art and story one would find from some of the great artists and story tellers one would find featured in the magazine Heavy Metal. Such a refreshing direction from the usual US titles that seem to have this tried-and-true approach to telling a tale. Especially where the art is concerned. Your artwork is encouraging to me as and artist. The story is thrilling. An I hope to see many more issues from you guys in the years to come. Keep it alive. You have something great here.
Hey JeffY, I'll be at the Image booth from 1:00-2:00PM on Saturday(7/23rd) As for Paul, I don't think he'll be able to make it.
Victor Francisco - you're welcome :)
jpierre74 - Thank you! We were all inspired by Heavy Metal and wanted to give our book a more graphic novel feel. We're glad that you liked CG, please help us spread the words.
What does the TPB include issues 1-3? also will there be more to the story?
ReplyDeleteSaw that in Previews. Are there going to be any extras like sketches?

Thanks for the heads up Paul. I'll have to pre-order it. Are you going to SDCC? I think Hoang said he's going independently.
ReplyDeleteWow it's awesome art, thank you very much
